Ellie Goulding is a British musician and singer. She was born Elena Jane Goulding on 30 December 1986 in Hereford. She gained the attention of the world in 2010 through her hits "Starry Eyed" and "Guns and Horses" British vocalist Ellie Goulding rapidly rose to the top of the charts with her enthralling electronic pop style. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop.
