Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model, competitor and sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness events when she was 16 after she quit the gymnastics she had been involved in during her youth. Then she received her Pro Card just one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career when she was 16, and she decided to stop the sport of gymnastics. After 17 years, she, she won her pro card. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel put off her pro career for a period of six years in order to further her education. In the year 2015 she returned to the stage, and participated at the top level in competitions such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She continued to compete for a number of years following her debut show setting higher goals for herself each year. She was awarded four more fitness awards by the end of the year. In 2009, she was her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Ariel spent 6 years trying to finish her education following her Pro Card award. Then she returned in October of 2015 when she competed in her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. Her finish was 3rd at the show. The winner was IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and also qualified for Fitness Olympia. A few months later Ariel stepped on to the Olympia arena and claimed 6th at the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel claims she was more than happy of her placing. She was up against the very best. Ariel constantly improving her physique. Ariel is a fan of working her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rowing, single arm lat pull-downs with a machine. and seated rows. Warming up is usually done first before beginning an actual workout. Ariel also likes to make the most of her workout time. The supersetting of all back exercises into three to four supersets of 10-12 reps are what she does.
